Anto. Milotta (Alcamo, 1984) and Zlatolin Donchev (Beijing, 1990) live and work between Sofia and Genoa. They studied visual arts in various Italian and foreign academies, subsequently finding themselves attending the specialist course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Genoa. Their shared journey began in 2014, when the Ligustica Academy selected them for the The sound identity of places residence, organized in Perugia. This experience reveals a parallel poetics in their artistic practice, stimulating them to work in a common direction. In recent years Milotta / Donchev have participated in several group exhibitions including: Event horizon / Experiences on time and space at the Patio Herreriano Contemporary Art Museum in Valladolid, Spain; Hortus (in) conclusus at MACA of Alcamo; Matter over matter at Goethe-Institut in Sofia, Bulgaria; Visao expandida at the Curitiba Biennial, Brazil; Moving landscape at the Ancient Town Hall, Saluzzo (CN).
