Amina Gaia Abdelouahab, art historian (University of Genoa), is currently specializing in Historical-Artistic Heritage (higher education). She works as editor and copywriter for the Goodmorning Genova community network (https://www.goodmorninggenova.org/) and in social communication of services and events for Cooperativa Il Ce.Sto and Giardini Luzzati (https: //www.ilcesto. org /). In 2019 she worked in Ce.Sto’s CAS project for refugees and asylum seekers.
She is correspondent from Genoa and author for the contemporary art magazine “Juliet” and author for “Wall: Out Magazine”, where she writes about art, culture and actuality. She is co-founder and Vice President of the cultural association Progetto A, with which she has curated and promoted exhibitions and artistic initiatives. She collaborated with Centro Studi Medì, in Genoa, also working on research projects: Il tempo del donare. Cittadini stranieri e impegno nel volontariato in Liguria and Le seconde generazioni tra percorsi di cittadinanza e questioni identitarie. As an art historian, her research focuses mainly on the relationship between art and public and the social dimension of art.
